การประชุม ASEAN GO-NGO Forum ด้านสวัสดิการสังคมและการพัฒนา ครั้งที่ 18 ในหัวข้อ "Responsive Social Protection in the Changing World" จัดขึ้นที่เมืองฮาลอง, จังหวัดกว๋างนิงห์, เวียดนาม, เมื่อวันที่ 13-14 พฤศจิกายน 2566

Mr. Somchai Rungsilp was invited to share APCD’s lesson learned on the session called “Ensuring Disability-inclusive Approaches and Strategies on Social Protection”. He shared how APCD promoted healthy and independent life of persons with disabilities and their families during and after the pandemic of COVID-19.

นายสมชาย รุ่งศิลป์ ได้รับเชิญให้แบ่งปันประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของ ศพอ. ในหัวข้อ "Ensuring Disability-inclusive Approaches and Strategies on Social Protection" และได้แลกเปลี่ยนการทำงานของ ศพอ. ด้านการส่งเสริมการมีสุขภาพที่ดีและการใช้ชีวิตที่อิสระของคนพิการและครอบครัว ในระหว่างและหลังจากการระบาดของ COVID-19.
