On 4 August 2022, Mrs. Chamaiporn Tantivess, Human Resource Officer, Senior Professional Level of DEVAWONGSE VAROPAKARN INSTITUTE OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS (DVIFA) led her team and 14 new diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand of the year 2022 and government officials to visit APCD for a study visit. It is to understand the civil society roles in empowerment and capacity building for and by persons with disabilities for career opportunities that is related to the Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities.
