Mr. Bolbongse Vangphaen, Director-General of the Department of ASEAN Affairs, Professor Dr. Amara Phongsapitch, former Thai representative of AICHR, and Assistant Professor Dr. Panuphat Chitthiang, the current Thai representative of AICHR, welcomed the participants and facilitated meeting.
