APCD participated in the 2025 ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) meeting with the Thai Civil Society Organization on 4 February 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand.

Mr. Bolbongse Vangphaen, Director-General of the Department of ASEAN Affairs, Professor Dr. Amara Phongsapitch, former Thai representative of AICHR, and Assistant Professor Dr. Panuphat Chitthiang, the current Thai representative of AICHR, welcomed the participants and facilitated meeting. There were more than 80 participants representing CSOs and the government.
