Dr. Kenji, explained the situation that person with disabilities faces the challenges.

The meeting explored collaborative avenues that promote employment opportunities for persons with disabilities within Japanese corporations operating in the Kingdom. Both parties expressed their commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse professional, recognizing the immense value individuals with disabilities can bring to the workforce.
Through constructive dialogue and a spirit of mutual understanding, this meeting is hoped to pave the way for tangible initiatives that empower persons with disabilities while enriching the talent pool available to Japanese enterprises in Thailand. The APCD and JCC look forward to strengthening their partnership to pursue a more equitable and inclusive society.
