Mrs. Natthanart Rowsathien, the President of the Royal Thai Army Wives Association, Signal Department Royal Thai Army led her team and visited APCD. Mr. Piroon Laismit (APCD Executive Director) gave welcome remarks. Then, Mr. Intouch Pumpichet, one of the trainees was a representative of the APCD 60+ Plus project welcomed all delegates.
