APCD was invited by the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) to share lesson learned and experiences on Disability-Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction (DIDRR) at the Pullman G Hotel, Bangkok.

Eleven oversea participants from the Philippines and Bangladesh who are working with different organizations attended the training with interactive atmosphere.

APCD was invited by Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) to share lesson learned and experiences on Disability-Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction (DIDRR) on 15 October 2025 at the Pullman G Hotel, Bangkok.
Representative of APCD shared the overview missions of APCD, main programs and activities of APCD regarding DIDRR, the key components and elements of DIDRR under the 3 steps (before, during and after the occurrence of disaster) linking with different types of impairments and different types of disasters. He also introduced some devices using as warning tools for persons with different impairments.
Eleven (11) oversea participants from the Philippines and Bangladesh who are working with different organizations including government and civil society organizations attended the training with interactive atmosphere and lots of discussions were exchanged by participants.
