Mr. Piroon Laismit (APCD Executive Director) presented the token of appreciation on the New Year greetings 2022 to Ms. Saranpat Anumatrajkij, Director-General of Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Bangkok.

On 13 December 2021, Mr. Toshiyuki OKUI, Representative of Nogezaka Global led Mr. Akiko YOKOHAMA, JICA expert on Elderly care, Ms. Natsuki IWASHITA, Ph.D. candidate, SOKENDAI, the Graduate University for Advanced Studies, Ms.Aimi SATO, Research assistant, Toyo University, and Ms. Mariko OKAYASU, Master’s Student, Asian Institute of Technology(AIT), seeing APCD activities.

On 3rd December 2021, APCD celebrated the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) with the theme “Leadership and participation of persons with disabilities toward an inclusive, accessible and sustainable post-COVID-19 world.”Mr. Piroon Laismit, the APCD Executive Director participated in the 2021 International Day of Persons with Disabilities event, organized by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, the Government of Thailand.

On 1 December 2021, Ms. Onanong Kumhang, Director of Center for Empowerment and Vocational Development for Persons with Disabilities in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province led her team to call on Mr. Piroon Laismit, the APCD Executive Director at the APCD office, and have a study visit on Knowledge exchange in good practice of Disability-Inclusive Business (DIB).
