User-friendly manual on Takkyo Valley was presented to the new Chief Representative. The manual was drafted by the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCVs), Mr. Akio Ogura, working with APCD for implementing the Third Country Training Program (TCTP) 2019.
