New Year 2021 Message by

                On behalf of APCD management team and staff, I would like to express my condolences to all countries affected by COVID-19 pandemic as well as persons with disabilities whom were affected.
              However, APCD still commits to promote Disability Inclusive Development approaches. Those are Community-based Inclusive Development (CBID), Disability Inclusive Sport (DIS), Disability Inclusive Business (DIB) and Disability Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction (DIDRR).
            APCD could offer to serve as implementing activities in both online and face-to-face activities. We can cooperate both local and regional cooperation towards information resources through our new homepage at www.apcdfoundation.org. In addition, information resource is available for coping with COVID-19 to empower families and communities. We plan to promote manual on physical activities of persons with special needs and other emerging groups of disabilities to cope with COVID-19.
           APCD will always act as a bridge for disability-related co-knowledge information exchanges by networking and collaboration regardless of the situation to empower persons with disabilities in the Asia-Pacific countries.
