Mr. Watcharapol Chuengcharoen, the Chief of Networking & Collaboration, introduced himself and his role in APCD to Mr. Y. Teddy Takeuchi, a journalist and editor of the "International Development Journal."

He shared the major achievements of Capacity Development and the current challenges faced by the organization.

He expressed his personal view on the significant changes of Thai society and other ASEAN countries' society regarding disability issues in the past two decades and the future vision of Japan, Thailand and other Asia-Pacific countries collaborating and learning from each other through APCD's partnership initiatives.
