On 6 November 2021, APCD co-hosted an international symposium on Community-based Inclusive Development (CBID) with the Japanese Society for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (JSRPD).

Ms. Kunyanut Aeksintong, Accounting Assistant; Ms. Areeya Wannasuriya, shop supervisor on 60+ Bakery & Chocolate Café at the Government House; and Mr. Krittamed Saman, a former intern, shared direct experiences coming across COVID-19 infections. The discussions were about the symptoms, the medical services, and the recovery stage, etc.

APCD conducted in-house training on "A Dialogue among APCD Staff about their direct COVID-19 infection experiences" on 29 October 2021, at the APCD Administrative Building, Bangkok, Thailand, and via Zoom platform.

Mr. Somchai Rungsilp, Community Development Manager, and Mr. Watcharapol Chuengcharoen, Chief of Networking and Collaboration, participated in the dialogue.

APCD participated in a virtual CBR/CBID Regional Dialogue in Asia organized by the Community-based Rehabilitation (CBR) Global Network in cooperation with the CBR Asia-Pacific (AP) Network on 28 October 2021

All participants of the AAN Executive Board from 7 countries, including APCD and the Secretariat.

APCD attended a monthly virtual meeting on the ASEAN Autism Network (AAN) organized by the Secretariat in Jakarta, Indonesia on 28th October 2021.

Mr. Somchai Rungsilp, the Community Development Manager, provided an overview of APCD and the several outcomes of TCTP for persons with disabilities in ASEAN countries.

APCD participated in the interview session to generate a short film clip to promote the Third Country Training Program (TCTP), organized by the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) on 12th October 2021, Bangkok, Thailand.
