The MOU was signed by Mr. Lee Young Seok, President of DPI-Korea, along with Mr. Kim Eun Jung, Secretary-General, and Ms. Kim Eun Jung, Team Manager of International Relations. Representing APCD, Mr. Piroon Laismit, Executive Director, signed the MOU. Mr. Somchai Rungsilp, Manager of the Community Development Department, and Mr. Watcharapol Chuengcharoen, Chief of Networking & Collaboration, also reaffirmed the organization's commitment to the cause.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Taisuke Miyamoto, the representative of the Disabled People's International Asia-Pacific Region (DPI - AP), who witnessed this significant step toward advancing disability rights and inclusivity in the region.
